- Handoff — Dimensioned notes and label schedule for you or your joiner.
What happens on the visit
We arrive with tape measures and a short questionnaire about weekly shops, laundry days, and school mornings. In Altbau kitchens we note uneven walls and door swings; in newer Maxvorstadt builds we check module widths against German cabinetry norms. Children are welcome — watching how they reach toys often changes the plan more than a photo alone.
What we draw and write
Plans show shelf heights in centimetres, zone names, and clearances. We avoid vague mood boards. Where open versus closed storage is a real decision, we show both with cost-of-effort notes (not product price lists — hardware costs depend on your supplier). Label wording is drafted in the language mix you choose.
Working with Munich joiners
Many clients already have a Schreiner or kitchen fitter. Our notes use plain dimensions and hardware suggestions compatible with common German runners and hinges. If you need a joiner introduction, we can share names we have worked beside in Schwabing — without commission arrangements that would bias the plan.
After delivery
One round of written clarifications is included in standard packages (for example adjusting shelf height after you buy new jars). On-site install supervision is a separate fee listed on the pricing page. We do not supply cabinetry or organise trades beyond the planning scope unless agreed in writing.
